Suzanne Nann is one of the rarest of real estate veterans who actually chose real estate as her lifetime career. And what a lifetime it’s been! She offers her clients not only 40 years of intense real estate success as a former owner of a real estate company, but also the life lessons of a woman who has moved cross-country, dedicated herself to community service and then reinvented herself after the passing of her lifelong partner and spouse. She is the epitome of one who thrives, not just survives.
After several decades of investing Fountain Hills and Scottsdale real estate, Suzanne and her husband Bob followed their dreams and moved from the East Coast to beautiful Fountain Hills in 2005, continuing their considerable careers in real estate. They choose to associate with Broker, Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate and its Dori Wittrig, impressed by her fine reputation, outstanding skills and marketing prowess. After Bob passed away in late 2012, Suzanne rededicated herself to the real estate career that had served her so well.
One of her strongest traits has always been the steadfast relationships she creates, with so many of her clients and customers becoming good friends and long-standing fans. Suzanne’s goals have always been focused on the best possible outcome for those who rely on her real estate expertise. It is critical to analyze the current and past real estate market to help people make the best decisions on perhaps the most important asset they own. Suzanne constantly improves her knowledge in order to stay current in a very fluid industry.
Throughout her life, Suzanne has always believed in giving back to the community. She and Bob were founding members of the Board of Directors of the Greater Fountain Hills Business Alliance and active volunteers in the community, coordinating “Red Shirt Fridays” to honor all Veterans. Suzanne was also active in their community of Metuchen, NJ as Citizen of the Year and Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce, Elks Citizen of the Year and a recipient of the Community Service award from the Metuchen Police Benevolent Association Local #60. Suzanne is most humble and proud of her appointment as an Honorary Woman Marine by the United States Marine Corps, a source of pride for Bob who was a former Marine.
These days, you will find Suzanne serving her adopted community of Fountain Hills and also her new home of Rio Verde. She enjoys the panoramic vistas of these areas, the community spirit, and–of course–golf. Call Suzanne and allow her to share her enthusiasm for the life and lifestyle of the area.
