The holiday season is upon us; and the Fountain Hills Theater is unsurprisingly full of holiday cheer with several family-friendly productions hitting the Fountain Hills stage. Featuring popular characters from THE holiday classics, such as A Christmas Carol, Inspecting Carol, and Junie B. in Jingle Bells, Batman Smells from Nov 30th through Dec 24th, 2017.

The Fountain Hills Youth Theater is reprising this favorite holiday hit, and yes, it’s that good with a brand-new cast! Junie B. Jones, first grader, is super excited about the upcoming Holiday Sing-Along, and Secret Santa gift exchange at her school! Junie B.’s fun keeps getting ruined by tattle-tale May, and when Junie B. draws her name for the Secret Santa, she hatches up perfect plan to teach her nemesis a lesson! But will the Christmas spirit and goodwill interfere with Junie B.’s quest for getting who she can you know who what she deserves? The show will begin on Dec. 1st through Dec. 17th, 2017. Showtimes are at 7:00 pm on Friday-Saturdays, and 2:00 pm on Sundays.
A Christmas Carol: The Musical Nov. 30, Dec. 2, 8,10,14,16, 22, 24
Based on the classic tale from Charles Dickens, tells the tale of Ebenezer Scrooge, who is haunted by three ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future in the hopes of changing his destiny and saving his soul. Follow his journey of redemption where he discovers the true spirit and meaning of the holiday season. This warm-hearted musical, an original adaptation, is written by Fountain Hills Theater Artistic Director Peter J. Hill. The music and lyrics are by Peter J. Hills and Jay Melberg. Showtimes on Friday and Saturdays begin at 7:30 pm, and on Sundays are at 2:00 pm.
Inspecting Carol Dec 1, 3, 7, 9, 15, 17, 21, 23
Inspecting Carol, set in a regional theatre company that is rehearsing its annual production of A Christmas Carol, its money maker, gets news of the arrival of an inspector from the National Endowment for the Arts is on their way to review the show. The actor playing Tiny Tim leaves the production after receiving a better offer throws the entire cast into disarray. When an aspiring actor of questionable tale arrives to audition, he is mistaken for the inspector and his given the role of a child actor. The company goes on to stage an accident and error filled production of their play. Showtimes on Friday and Saturday begin at 7:30 pm, and Sundays begin at 2:00 pm.
