Meet Barbara Tacquard

Barbara Tacquard’s destiny as being a Realtor in Fountain Hills was established when, as a young girl, she helped her grandmother, Carmen Bovee, one of the community’s early pioneers, with the details of her successful career.

“Some places leave a lasting impression on you,” says Barbara. “Fountain Hills captured my heart as a young girl and after living across the country, I knew this was where I wanted to build my own family's future.”

With its breathtaking mountain views, spectacular sunsets, star-filled skies, and friendly neighbors, Barbara believes Fountain Hills is one of Arizona's hidden gems. “I love helping others discover everything that makes this community an exceptional place to call home.”

Before beginning her real estate career, she spent more than a decade helping clients navigate important financial decisions in the investment and technology industries. As a Fixed Income Specialist and Relationship Manager with TD Ameritrade, she advised high-net-worth clients by simplifying complex financial concepts, building customized strategies, and delivering personalized service rooted in trust. Earlier in her career, she consistently ranked among the top performers at Toshiba Business Solutions, earning multiple regional and national performance awards for exceptional client service and results.

Those experiences taught her that every client deserves honest communication, careful attention to detail, strong negotiation, and an advisor who genuinely listens. She brings that same consultative, relationship-focused approach to every real estate transaction, helping buyers and sellers feel informed, confident, and supported from start to finish.

She was a natural fit for the Sonoran Lifestyle Team at RE/MAX Sun Properties, one of the most successful real estate teams in Fountain Hills and recognized as the #1 Real Estate Team in Fountain Hills for overall sales volume and total transactions (2025 RealTrends Verified Performance). Supported by an experienced team with a proven record of success, she remains committed to providing every client with exceptional service, expert guidance, and personalized real estate experience.

Outside of real estate, you'll often find Barbara exploring Arizona's beautiful landscapes, traveling, paddleboarding, painting, enjoying live music, or relaxing with friends and family.

As a proud Arizona native, she combines local knowledge with a passion for serving her community. Whether you're purchasing your first home, searching for your dream property, relocating to the Valley, or preparing to sell, her goal is to make the process as smooth, enjoyable, and successful as possible.
