Kick off your Thanksgiving morning with one of the most festive events in the Valley—the 34th Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run & Fitness Walk! Join Fountain Hills Community Services on Thursday, November 28, 2024, for this fun-filled, family-friendly tradition at Fountain Park, home to the world-famous fountain. Whether you're an experienced runner or just want to enjoy a leisurely walk, this event has something for everyone!

Choose from a timed 5K run or a 1.5-mile fitness walk, and don’t forget to put on your best Thanksgiving-themed costume for the Costume Contest! Whether it’s a turkey hat, inflatable snowman, or full Thanksgiving pilgrim attire, so get festive and have fun with it. Dressing up makes this event extra special for families and friends to enjoy together.

3. Stay Hydrated: Even though it’s cooler in the mornings, don’t forget to hydrate before and after the race. Bring a water bottle with you, and take advantage of the hydration stations along the route.
