Fourth at the Fountain in Fountain Hills: Celebrate Independence Day with Fireworks, Music & Community Fun

Join Fountain Hills for the Annual Fourth at the Fountain Celebration on Friday, July 4, 2025.
This free, family-friendly event takes place at Fountain Park and features live music, food vendors, and a spectacular fireworks show over the lake—set against the stunning backdrop of one of the tallest fountains in the world.

Event Schedule:

• 7:00 PM: Festivities begin, come early and scecure the best seats.
• 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Food trucks and vendors offering frozen lemonade, Italian ice, and more
• 7:30 – 9:00 PM: Live performance by Rock Lobster
• 9:00 PM: Fireworks over Fountain Lake

A Unique Feature of the Event:
This Independence Day, the iconic Fountain Hills fountain will reach its maximum height of 560 feet, making it one of the tallest fountains in the world. This rare display happens only three times a year, and Fourth at the Fountain is one of those special occasions. (Windy conditions could prevent the fountain from reaching max height)

What to Bring:

• Chairs, blankets, and picnic baskets
• Lawn games like frisbees or footballs, cornhole
• Bug spray for comfort during the evening
• Reusable water bottles (no glass containers)

Please Note:

• No alcohol or personal fireworks are allowed
• Pets should be left at home due to the fireworks noise
• Temporary road closures will be in effect after the event for pedestrian safety
• Public parking is available throughout downtown Fountain Hills
