The Avenue of the Fountains is just magical this season with dancing white and red lights adorning the trees, the majestic blue First Responders’ Christmas trees, and storybook figures lining the street. The town of Fountain Hills has transformed the Avenue into a lighted wonderland for Stroll in the Glow.
The Annual lighting for the Avenue at “Stroll in the Glow” was a rainy night. Many still braved the rain and enjoyed the night visiting the local business. A little rain could not keep Santa away as he made his annual arrival to the delight of the young and old by the Fountain Hills Fire truck.
The star of the night was the “Whoville” at the RE/MAX Sun Properties office. You could hear the DJ playing all the holiday hits all down the Avenue while the building glowed in holiday lights. Just inside the door were the Grinch, Cindy-Lou, and Max waiting to meet you and take a fun photo. The Mayor of Whoville greeted all who entered and shared his brand of good cheer. There wasn’t a “humbug” uttered!
The Stroll in the Glow was so much fun the RE/MAX Sun Properties team was ready for a repeat performance at Roll in the Glow the following Sunday. The “Grinch team” moved on down the AVE to the Sonoran Team office location to be closer to the action that night.
Everyone enjoyed hot cocoa and cookies and photos with the Grinch. The selfie station props made for extra fun photos all night.

Next, the annual lighted bike parade was a huge hit. Where hundreds of bikes were decked out in holiday lights and costume riders peddled through the Avenue. Contestants ranged from Little Santa riders to Grinch-filled bike baskets and everything in between.
The Avenue was filled with fun activities for all. Huge inflatable slides, live music, and photos with Santa. The Sonoran Lifestyle Team office enjoyed seeing everyone and welcoming in the holiday season.
