Giving Back to Our Community: Supporting the Extended Hands Food Bank in Fountain Hills

At RE/MAX Sun Properties, we’re all about supporting the wonderful community we call home, and this November, we’re partnering with our local Extended Hands Food Bank to make a big difference!

Who Is Extended Hands Food Bank? Extended Hands Food Bank has been a cornerstone in Fountain Hills, providing much-needed assistance to families and individuals facing food insecurity. Whether it's filling pantry shelves or offering emergency food boxes, they ensure that no one in our community goes hungry. With the holidays around the corner, their mission becomes even more crucial, and that’s where we all come in!

How Can You Help? As the Thanksgiving season approaches, Extended Hands is in great need of holiday staples. Think canned goods like vegetables, cranberry sauce, boxed stuffing, gravy mixes, instant potatoes, and more. Every little bit helps bring warmth and comfort to a family’s holiday table.

To support their efforts, RE/MAX Sun Properties is hosting a food drive, and we’d love your help! We're collecting non-perishable food donations starting on November 1st, during First Friday from 3-6 pm, and all week long! You can drop off your contributions at our office—just look for the donation box right inside the door.

What to Donate:

• Canned vegetables (green beans, corn, peas)
• Cranberry sauce
• Boxed stuffing mix
• Instant mashed potatoes
• Gravy mixes
• Canned pumpkin
• Mac n Cheese
• Non-perishable dessert items (brownie mix, cake mix)

Let's Come Together and Give Back This is our chance to rally as a community and support those in need. Whether it’s just a couple of cans or a whole bag of groceries, your generosity will make a huge impact. We all love the small-town charm of Fountain Hills, and this is the perfect opportunity to show just how much heart our community has.

Join Us November 1st! Stop by our office during First Friday Food Drive on November 1st from 3-6 pm and say hello, enjoy the season beverages and treats and drop off your donations. We’re excited to see how much we can collect and give back!
